Pricing
LossRun Pro pricing: free to try, a flat monthly price for volume
Free: 1 file per day, up to 10 pages, no account. When you are building submissions every week, Pro and Agency raise the number of loss runs you can convert in a month and the length of each file. Paid access is a page code sent by email, with no account to create. The tie-out, the flags and the downloads are the same on every plan.

Paid access
How paid access works
Each plan is a monthly subscription through PayPal. The button on a plan opens PayPal checkout for that plan, and once you approve the subscription you come back to this page while your page code is emailed to you from [email protected]; each renewal tops up the same code rather than sending a new one. The code holds the plan's allowance counted in pages: 150 files × up to 150 pages = 22,500 pages a month on Pro, 600 × 150 = 90,000 on Agency. Enter it once, here or beside the converter, and it stays in this browser. The same code can be entered in several browsers, which is how Agency's 5 seats share one pool.
The code is used only when the free allowance cannot cover a file: a file over 10 pages, or a second file in a day. With it, a file converts in full up to 150 pages. Pages you do not use roll over and never expire, and cancelling keeps the pages you have already paid for. The email usually arrives within a few minutes; check your spam folder, and reply to it, or write to [email protected], if anything is wrong.
Definition
What you pay for
LossRun Pro charges for volume: how many loss runs you convert in a month and how long each file may be. It does not charge for the output. The claims schedule, the policy-year summary, the tie-out to the carrier's printed totals and the flags are the same on a free conversion and on an Agency one.
A single loss run with five years of claims is one file. A five-carrier submission is five files. On the free allowance that is five days of work; on Pro it is the start of a month's allowance.
Steps
How to subscribe
Payment is handled by PayPal. There is no account on this site; the page code is what you receive.
- Choose a planPro for one person who builds submissions every week, Agency for a team of up to five. Both are monthly subscriptions through PayPal.
- SubscribeThe button on the plan opens PayPal checkout for that plan. Approve the subscription there and you come back to this page; the subscription renews monthly until you cancel.
- Enter the code from your emailWithin a few minutes an email from [email protected] brings your page code; check spam if it has not come. Enter it once in the field on this page or beside the converter. For Agency, each of the five people enters the same code in their own browser. Reply to the email, or write to [email protected], if anything looks wrong.
Comparison
What the three ways of getting a schedule cost
The price of a tool is small next to the cost of a wrong history reaching an underwriter.
| What you need | Manual re-keying | Generic PDF-to-Excel | LossRun Pro |
|---|---|---|---|
| What it costs | Staff time on every loss run, on every submission. | Varies by tool. Many have a free tier and a monthly plan. | Free for 1 file per day, up to 10 pages. Pro $99 a month for 150 loss runs; Agency $199 a month for 5 seats and 600 files. Files up to 150 pages on both. |
| What you get back | A spreadsheet as good as the typing. | The page as a spreadsheet. | A standard claims schedule, a policy-year summary and a tie-out to each report's printed totals. |
| Risk of a wrong figure reaching a market | Depends on a second pair of eyes. | Nothing flags a missing page or a misread digit. | A period that does not tie is marked, with the difference shown to the cent. |
| Cost of getting it wrong | A correction to a market, or a quote built on the wrong history. | The same. | The same, but the tie-out is there to catch it first. It cannot catch a mistake in the carrier's own report. |
FAQ
Questions about pricing and plans
Is LossRun Pro free to use?
Yes, within an allowance. Free: 1 file per day, up to 10 pages, no account. That is enough to read one carrier's loss run, see the tie-out and download the schedule. The allowance is counted per device by the conversion service, and it renews each day.
What does the Pro plan include?
Pro is $99 a month. It covers 150 loss runs a month, files up to 150 pages: your page code is topped up with 150 × 150 = 22,500 pages each month, and a file the free allowance cannot cover (one over 10 pages, or a second file in a day) is converted from those pages. The claims schedule, policy-year summary, tie-out and flags, and the CSV, Excel and JSON downloads are the same as on the free allowance. It is meant for a broker or account manager who builds submissions every week.
What does the Agency plan include?
Agency is $199 a month. It covers 5 seats and 600 files a month, files up to 150 pages: one page code topped up with 600 × 150 = 90,000 pages each month. A seat is a browser with the code entered. The same code can be entered in several browsers, so each of the five people enters it once in their own and the team draws on the one pool of pages. Nothing is set up by email, and there are no accounts.
Does the code work on more than one computer?
Yes. A page code is not tied to a device: enter it in each browser you use, at the office and at home, and every one of them draws on the same balance. On Pro that means one person's own browsers; a team of up to five shares a code on Agency. The terms ask you not to pass a Pro code around.
Do the downloads differ between plans?
No. The CSV, Excel and JSON downloads, the tie-out and the flags are the same on every plan, and the downloads are built in your browser. The plans differ in how many loss runs you can convert in a month, how long each file may be, and, for Agency, how many people share the code.
What counts as a file, and what counts as a page?
A file is one uploaded loss run PDF. A page is a page of that file. On the free allowance a file converts up to 10 pages; with a page code it converts in full up to 150 pages, and the pages of that file come off the code's balance. A longer file is not refused: its first 150 pages are converted, and the converter says how many pages were left out, so a partial schedule is never mistaken for the full one. A file that is read but turns out not to hold a loss run, such as a cover letter, still counts because the reading has already been done.
What happens when I reach a limit?
On the free allowance the converter shows the message returned by the conversion service, for example that the free file for the day is used, and it links to this page; the allowance renews the next day. With a page code saved, the code is used whenever the free allowance cannot cover a file, and the converter shows how many pages are left on it after each conversion. When the code runs out, the next renewal tops it up; write to [email protected] if you need more before then. A file that is only too long is different: its first pages are converted, and the converter names the downloads with -partial and says how many pages were left out.
The email with my code has not arrived. What do I do?
Allow a few minutes, then check your spam folder: the email comes from [email protected]. If it has still not come, write to [email protected] from the address you paid with, and include the PayPal receipt. Each renewal tops up the same code, so you only ever need the first email.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are monthly subscriptions through PayPal. Cancel before your next billing date, in your PayPal account or by email to [email protected], and no further payment is taken. The pages already on your code stay yours: cancelling stops the monthly top-ups, it does not take back pages you have paid for. The terms set out the details.
Do you issue invoices?
Receipts come from PayPal, the payment provider. This site does not generate tax invoices or hold tax IDs itself. For a billing question, write to [email protected].
What if I need more than 600 files a month?
Write to [email protected] with the volume and what you are doing with it. No larger plan is listed yet.
Does a paid plan change how my files are handled?
No. Files are processed in memory and deleted after conversion on every plan, claimant names are not masked on any plan, and uploads are not used to train models. The privacy page gives the detail.
